Returns

If you receive tiles that have manufacturer defects, or are the wrong color tiles, please contact us and we will replace or refund those tiles to you at no cost. We will arrange for pick up of the defective or wrong merchandise and will immediately ship the correct/replacement product.

Returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt of product.

If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives for more information. Note that if you are returning the product for reasons other than errors on behalf of manufacturer or distributor - original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer pays shipping costs to return the merchandise. Please call us for a return authorization number, and the return address.  Do not return to the address listed below, this will only delay or void a refund. 

The product must be in new re-sellable condition for such a return. If the product shows any signs of wear or use, this may void your refund. If there are signs of use, we will examine the product and determine a discount and deduct it from the refund as it will no longer be able to be sold as new. Refunds will be processed and issued, less any outgoing freight expenses, within 20 business days of return.  Please realize that these tiles are heavy, and the original outbound freight cost may be substantial depending on the size of the order.

When making purchases on our web site, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Your credit card will be charged once the product is ready for shipping.  Depending on availability, some products may take several days to process for shipment.
